Elena Ionela is an accomplished Senior Property Consultant with extensive experience in the real estate industry. With over five years of experience working for leading real estate companies such as Engel & Völkers, Morgan’s International Realty, and most recently Barnes Dubai, Elena has a proven track record in managing luxury properties, sales, leasing, and consultancy.

Before her real estate career, Elena worked as a Relationship Manager in Wholesale Banking at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she managed a portfolio of over 100 companies. In this role, Elena was responsible for new client acquisition, revenue generation, and deepening relationships with clients. Elena’s expertise in credit administration, project appraisals, and loan disbursement has enabled her to excel in the real estate industry, making her a valuable asset to any team.

Elena’s achievements include working as a Relationship Manager and Assistant Manager – Credit & Marketing at Al Hail ORIX Finance PSC, a joint venture between ORIX Corp. Japan and Al Hail Holding LLC. In this role, Elena managed and built a portfolio of mid and large corporate clients across various industries, focusing on asset and working capital facilities, devising growth strategies, identifying potential clients and proposing financing solutions, conducting risk analysis and preparing credit proposals. Elena consistently achieved yearly targets, doubled the portfolio size, secured important client accounts and received awards for outstanding performance.

With a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and an ability to build lasting relationships, Elena is dedicated to providing her clients with exceptional service and delivering results.     Bought 2 plots from Elena in Emerald Dubai hills. She always did her best in finding plots that other agents didn’t have. After a lot efforts she find what i needed at a fair price and we closed the deals. Will use her again when i need sometime in the uae market
